This Policy sets forth our sales, shipping and handling, return, exchange, and refund terms and policies. These policies are subject to change at any time with or without advance notice to users of our Site. In the event of a change in our policies, we will update the Policies that are posted to our Site. Your use of our Site evidences your agreement to all of our legal and business policies.
Sales Policies
- All orders of our merchandise must be placed from within the United States. We are not presently processing international orders for merchandise.
- All orders must be prepaid with a credit card. You must be at least 18 years old to use a credit card to purchase merchandise on our Site.
- The cost of shipping is in addition to the price of your merchandise. All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground. The shipping costs and available shipping options will be provided to Site users at checkout.
- All orders are subject to corporate approval.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, and all merchandise will be shipped at prices in effect at the time of order.
- Galvanized Iron reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product or service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Products offered for sale on our Site. If an unexpected change in your Product or the price of your Product after your order has been placed, we will notify you of same and shall offer you a substitute or shall issue a full refund of your purchase.
- We reserve the right to limit the available quantities of any Products or Services that we offer.
- We do not warrant that the quality of the Products sold on our Site or that the materials purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, needs or uses.
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our Site.
- You agree to keep all information current in your Account (including your email address and contact information) in order that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Shipping and Handling
All orders must be shipped within the 50 United States, U.S. PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
For APO/FPO shipping, please ensure your destination information is formatted properly with Name, Company, Street, City, State, Country and Zip.
All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground with rates based on purchase price/shopping cart total price. Shipping rates and shipping options will be provided at the time that orders are placed and before you check out.
Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
GALVANIZED IRON will provide a refund or exchange for your product if:
- The product is returned to us in an unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition; and
- We are notified by phone or email of the reason for your return and choice for replacement within thirty (30) days of purchase; and
- We receive your returned Product within forty (40) days of your purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or deny your return.
When your return is accepted, the original shipping charge will not be refunded, however the return and new shipping charge is on us.
Send an email to support@GI.US.com or call customer service at 312-351-0520 to provide your contact information and tell us about your return and, when we agree, will send you a return shipping label to start the return process.
